Steps

1. Scroll to the bottom of the middle panel.

2. Use the full audio player to play, pause, or scrub through the recording.

Tips and good practice

• The full audio is in the original language spoken by the caller and the Copilot.

• The dashboard panels remain in English for consistent review.
