Block a spam or bot caller

Purpose: Stop the AIPhone Copilot from answering future calls from a badspam number.

Steps

1. Open the call from the unwanted number.

2. Click Block at the top of the screen.

3. Confirm the action.

Tips and good practice

• If you block a number by mistake, an admin can review the blocked list in the Admin dashboard and unblock it.

• The audit trail shows who blocked the number and when.
