Block a spam or bot caller

 

Purpose

 

Stop the AI Copilot from answering future calls from a bad number.

 

Steps

 

 

1. Open the call from the unwanted number.

2. Click Block at the top of the screen.

3. Confirm the action.

 

 

Tips and good practice

 

 

• If you block a number by mistake, an admin can review the blocked list in the Admin dashboard and unblock it.

• The audit trail shows who blocked the number and when.
