Refresh, collapse, and paginate on Inbound calls worklist

Purpose: Control how much you see and keep the list fresh. 

 

 

 Refresh Call Logs: pulls in the latest items without navigating away. 

 

 

 Collapse Call Logs: temporarily hides expanded details so you can scan quickly. 

 

 

 Items per page: choose how many rows you want to view at once (e.g., 30).
