# Confirm what Copilot already resolved

**Purpose:** Avoid double work by checking outcomes first.

### Steps

1. Open the call.
2. In the Summary and Request sections on the right, look for items marked "RESOLVED".
3. If everything is complete, update the status to Resolved.
